New menu items at Dilworth Tasting Room in SouthPark

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Are you looking for a great place to go for lunch or dinner in SouthPark? Chef Jonathan of DTR SouthPark and Dilworth Tasting Room joined Charlotte Today to show us some of his new dishes, just in time for warmer weather.

DTR launching new menu items on their lunch and dinner menus:

Steamed Clams- Gin & Juice lamb and Calabrian peppers in white wine and garlic butter, finished with fresh parsley and grilled baguette.

Fried Chicken Sandwich – Brussels sprout slaw, ajvar aioli, and pickles, served on a toasted brioche bun

Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap – Red chili wrap with romaine lettuce, caesar dressing, parmesan, and sun dried tomatoes

Flat Iron Greek Salad – Spring mix, Heirloom Tomatoes, olives, feta cheese, cucumbers, and shallots tossed in oregano red wine vinaigrette. Finished with crispy chickpeas

Lamb Meatballs – Spiced lamb served with honey tahini labneh. Topped with pistachio dukkah and mint. Served with grilled naan

Roasted Chicken Empanadas – Whole Roasted Shredded Chicken with onions, red peppers, and mozzarella. Served with Harissa créma

Seared Salmon – Served over black squid ink orzo risotto with marinated cherry tomatoes and asparagus. Finished with lemon chili oil and fried basil

Braised Short Rib – Braised short rib over roasted garlic mashed potatoes, heirloom carrots, and Chef’s special demi glacé

Pan-Seared Branzino – Tuscan white beans with pinenut gremolata and fried arugula. Finished with lemon chili vinaigrette

Happenings at DTR SouthPark 

The legendary Employees Only team is coming from New York to Charlotte, for a Bar Takeover at DTR SouthPark on Wednesday, May 8, and at Dilworth Tasting Room on Thursday, May 9, both from 6 to 10 p.m.!

DTR’s Alejandro Ibanez is being reunited with his old teammates Boki and Franky to serve FIVE of Employees Only’s best cocktails plus some classic cocktails. Come out for delicious drinks and a great time! No tickets required but reservations via @Resy are recommended.
