Owners Jaffer and Zorana Kovic have created each DTR location to reflect the character and charm of its neighborhood, from the historic streets of Dilworth to the polished energy of SouthPark and the vibrant, artistic vibe of Plaza Midwood.

Inspired by their Croatian roots and Mediterranean travels, the Kovics set out to bring authentic flavors and warm hospitality to every table. Chef Jonathan Shuler draws upon their heritage to craft menus that celebrate a sense of place while leaving room for creativity, innovation, and the unique personality of each DTR location.
