Distinct Dining Experience

Owners Jaffer & Zorana Kovic aimed to bring a piece of their Croatian heritage, along with inspirations from their Mediterranean travels, to create a distinct dining experience at each DTR location.  Chef Jon Shuler draws upon the Kovics’ heritage to craft menus that reflect a sense of place while allowing room for innovation and imagination in flavor, texture, and presentation.

Guests are encouraged to indulge in the “family-style” dining experience, sharing a selection of dishes to savor the full spectrum of flavors. For those who prefer a more personalized dining experience, we provide individual entrees tailored to satisfy every palate.

Across all of our of locations, our menu is subtly tailored to reflect the distinct characteristics of each area and its guests. While one location may exude a vibrant bar atmosphere, another might offer a more comprehensive lunch and dinner menu. This diversity allows us to introduce fresh Mediterranean-inspired dishes that perfectly complement the unique ambiance of each venue.

Drawing inspiration from mixologists worldwide, we present classic cocktails alongside our own signature concoctions, each infused with a dash of flair by our esteemed Bar Director, Alejandro Ibanez. Our expansive wine selection, meticulously curated by Sommelier and Owner Jaffer Kovic, showcases the finest offerings available in the North Carolina market.
